Dr. Roger Gablinger is a urological surgeon, healthcare quality expert and medical advisor with extensive experience across clinical practice, healthcare management and medical leadership.

As founder of Uroviva, he developed Switzerland’s largest urological organization. Commissioned by the Department of Health of Zürich, he developed the quality control system for prostate cancer surgery, contributing to greater transparency and quality in patient care.

His work focuses on building sustainable healthcare solutions that improve efficiency, quality and long-term patient outcomes.

Roger Gablinger is the father of three children, a former aerobatic pilot and a committed non-jogger.
